Changes to Cervical Screening Posted or Updated on 19 Oct 2023

From 1st January 2022, all those aged 25-49 with a cervix whose next routine cervical screening (smear) test result shows that they do not have HPV, will be invited for their next cervical screening test in 5 years’ time.
