Swine Flu Clinics
Swine Flu Clinics are now being held at the surgery for phase two of the campaign. Children over 6 months and under 5 years old will be offered a vaccination. We have been sending letters to patients in this category. If you think your child may meet the criteria but has not been called, please contact the surgery where we can advise you. Should you seek any information regarding the vaccination please contact your Health Visitor in the first instance.
Swine Flu
If you have flu like symptoms, in the first instance, go online and check your symptoms on www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk call NHS Direct 0845 4647 or call the Swine Flu Information Line 0800 1 513513
Please DO NOT go to your GP surgery or A&E, if you are still concerned you have swine flu please contact the Surgery by telephone, who may be able to provide a diagnosis over the phone
Out Of Hours
Powys LHB is responsible for medical care between 18.30 and 08.00 weekdays and all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Please phone 08444 06 8888 if you need to contact a Doctor urgently between these times.
The nearest minor injury unit is at Llandrindod Wells Hospital or Ludlow Hospital when the surgery is closed
In an emergency please ring 999 when the surgery is closed.
